We don’t cut corners.We use real ingredients, traditional methods, and recipes passed down through generations.
At the same time, we know presentation and consistency matter too. That’s why we’ve worked hard to ensure that every dish not only tastes great but is packaged well, labeled neatly, and reaches your door fresh and hot. We balance the soul of home-cooking with the standards of professional food service.

We can’t stress this enough – the secret to great food isn’t just the recipe; it’s the ingredients. We don’t rely on fancy sauces or store-bought gravies. We buy fresh vegetables every morning, grind my own masalas, and use locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
When you eat from Urban Flavors, you’re eating food that’s clean, nourishing, and responsibly made. No preservatives, no shortcuts, and no compromise on taste. We use filtered groundnut oil, desi ghee, Amul butter and filter our water for cooking. That’s how we would feed our kids, and that’s how we feed our customers.
We also have trusted vendors who supply us with premium quality grains, dairy, and fresh produce. It’s more effort, yes, but it reflects in the final dish. Our sabzis stay greener, our rotis softer, and our dals richer – all because the ingredients are real and full of life.
Keeping It Hygienic
Hygiene is non-negotiable in my kitchen. We follow strict cleaning routines, wear gloves while prepping food, and sanitize every surface before and after each order. My kitchen is FSSAI-certified(Lic. No. 21524081001100), and we’ve been trained in basic food safety protocols to ensure everything meets the highest standards.
Giving Back to the Community
Another dream I hold close is to give back. My plan is to tie up with local NGOs and run “Food for Good” campaigns where every fifth order helps feed someone in need.
